Streaks 2025 Terms of Use

Welcome to Streaks 2025 – Habit App, a smart habit and streak tracking application designed to help users build consistency and achieve their goals through simple daily tracking and motivation tools.
By accessing or using the Streaks 2025 app (the “App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use (the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Streaks 2025, you agree to these Terms.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting within the App. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Use of the App

Streaks 2025 is designed for personal use to help users track and maintain positive habits and streaks.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, commercial, or unauthorized purposes, including automated data extraction or misuse of features.

3. Account Registration

The App requires an account for personalized use. You may register using your email or third-party login services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

4. In-App Purchases

Streaks 2025 offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:

  • Weekly Subscription: USD 0.49 per week

  • Yearly Subscription: USD 5.99 per year

By subscribing, you authorize the app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) to charge your payment method.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.

5. Privacy and Data Handling

We value your privacy. Streaks 2025 collects minimal information necessary to operate the App, such as account details, habit data, and analytics information.

  • Data is securely processed and stored using Firebase, a trusted third-party service provided by Google.

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with unauthorized third parties.

  • Certain data (e.g., progress, streak history) may be synced to the cloud for backup and cross-device functionality.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses Firebase for authentication, analytics, and data storage. By using the App, you also agree to Firebase’s applicable terms and privacy policies.
We do not control or take responsibility for third-party services’ actions or policies.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or harmful activities

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App’s code

  • Circumvent security or access controls

  • Introduce malware or any code that could damage functionality

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, algorithms, and software within Streaks 2025 are the intellectual property of its developers.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only.
Unauthorized redistribution, copying, or modification is strictly prohibited.

9. Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
Any data associated with your account may be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Streaks 2025 is provided “as is” without any warranties regarding accuracy, performance, or reliability.
It is intended for self-improvement and productivity purposes only and should not be used for medical, psychological, or diagnostic purposes.

The developers are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Significant changes will be communicated within the App. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
